Cynthia is an experienced energy executive with deep strategic leadership across renewable fuels, hydrogen, and energy infrastructure. Prior to Mobius Renewables, she served as CEO of TES-H2 Americas and Chief Strategy Officer of the TES-H2 Group, shaping growth strategy and advancing green hydrogen initiatives.

With a global career spanning Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Fariyal has held senior executive roles including CEO and CFO in clean energy and industrial technology companies. She brings deep expertise in sustainable infrastructure and strategic finance, helping advance Mobius Renewables’ mission to decarbonize U.S. organics and deliver measurable climate impact.

As Senior Vice President of US Landfill Assets at Mobius Renewables, Raja is responsible for the strategic development, operational performance, and expansion of the company’s landfill gas portfolio. He is an expert in gas-separation membrane technology and leads landfill project origination, gas collection optimization, plant operations, and long-term asset management—ensuring disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and strong financial returns while maximizing methane capture and environmental impact across the platform.
Raja previously led Air Liquide’s RNG build/own/operate platform as CEO overseeing business development, project execution, energy management and sales, nationwide plant operations, financial performance, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) excellence. Raja currently manages facilities that upgrade biogas from agricultural and municipal waste into RNG, advancing circular economy solutions while strengthening domestic energy security.

Scott serves as Senior Vice President of Anaerobic Digestion Assets at Mobius Renewables, leading the company’s AD portfolio with a focus on operational excellence, environmental performance, and long-term asset reliability. With a background in chemical engineering and certification as a Class A biological wastewater operator, Scott brings deep technical expertise across biological systems, process optimization, and renewable gas operations.
Prior to joining Mobius Renewables, Scott held senior leadership roles at Eastman Chemical and Volvo, where he managed complex utility systems and large-scale plant operations. Today, he is responsible for the performance, expansion, and optimization of Mobius’ anaerobic digestion platform—overseeing plant operations, SCADA systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. His leadership ensures high methane recovery, system reliability, and disciplined execution across agricultural, food, and wastewater AD projects, positioning Mobius for scalable growth in the circular energy market.

As CEO, France, Olivier is focused on leading and expanding the platform’s footprint across the region, strengthening operational excellence across the portfolio, and accelerating the deployment of circular, low-carbon energy solutions. With 27 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in the deployment and scaling of advanced energy gas technologies worldwide.
Throughout his career, Olivier has led complex industrial programs for large-scale assets, driving operational transformation through advanced data analytics, predictive maintenance, and efficiency optimization. He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of Biogas Solutions International and as a board member for multiple joint ventures across Europe, including the UK, Nordics, Italy, and France. His leadership ensures disciplined execution across our biomethane projects in France, positioning Mobius for scalable growth in the European markets.

Frode Halvorsen is the CEO of Redo Biosolutions, a joint venture between Mobius Renewables (51%) and Skagerak Energi (49%) focused on the production, distribution, and marketing of 100% renewable biomethane, bioLNG/bioCNG, and biofertiliser across industrial, transport, maritime, agricultural, and other sectors. Frode is focused on expanding the platform’s footprint in the region, strengthening operational excellence across Redo’s portfolio, and accelerating the deployment of circular, low-carbon energy solutions across the region.
Specializing in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure, Frode brings decades of extensive experience across Norway, the Netherlands, and Denmark. His experience encompasses deep expertise in gas and biomethane, hydropower, hydrogen, and CO₂ capture and storage, with a strong track record in strategic decision-making, complex commercial negotiations, and business development, including M&A.

Christian McMurray is Chief Legal Officer of Mobius Renewables, where he leads the company’s legal strategy and oversees governance as the organization scales its renewable energy platform and advances the global energy transition.
Christian brings deep experience across privately held and publicly traded energy companies, with a career centered on the development and deployment of energy infrastructure. Most recently, he served as SVP and General Counsel of a global-scale, low-carbon project developer. Prior to that he advised renewable project scaling, midstream asset development, and commodity marketing businesses. In private practice in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm, Christian represented clients on complex energy, regulatory, and transactional matters. He has also served as adjunct faculty, teaching oil and gas law at The George Washington University Law School and American University’s Washington College of Law.

She focuses on building diverse, high-performing teams and supporting leadership development, employee engagement, and well-being.
Prior to Mobius Renewables, Nicole held executive-level HR and Marketing roles at Lifestyle Communities, IGS Energy, and Victoria’s Secret, where she led talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Nicole’s leadership has been essential in supporting Mobius Renewables’ expansion and fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.

Josh Martincic serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial at Mobius Renewables, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy across origination, project development, offtake, and market expansion. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, structuring strategic partnerships, advancing feedstock and customer agreements, and strengthening Mobius’ commercial presence across North America to accelerate the deployment of low-carbon energy solutions.
Prior to joining Mobius Renewables, Josh served as Head of North American Development at EDL, where he led the identification, development, and execution of renewable energy projects nationwide. With more than 35 years of experience in the energy sector, Josh brings deep technical, commercial, and operational expertise to the organization. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.

Tom serves as Senior Vice President of Gas Transportation Services at Mobius Renewables, leading the expansion and performance of our gas transportation platform as we scale to meet growing customer demand across the energy transition. He oversees mobile gas delivery, storage logistics, and fleet operations -ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transport of renewable natural gas and low-carbon fuels to end markets.
Tom brings a proven track record in ground storage and mobile transportation of industrial gases and alternative fuels across the oil, gas, energy, and logistics sectors. A disciplined, customer-focused leader, he has extensive experience executing asset-based supply chain programs in partnership with major industrial gas manufacturers. His leadership strengthens Mobius Renewables’ delivery capabilities, enhances operational reliability, and ensures customers receive dependable low-carbon fuel solutions as they advance their decarbonization strategies.
