Our journey began with a vision to turn waste into clean, renewable fuel and to empower communities and industries to meet their sustainability goals.
Mobius Renewables was established in December 2025 by funds managed by IFM Investors as a global, vertically integrated low-carbon fuels platform. In 2026, the acquisition of Air Liquide's global biogas production operations — alongside the integration of GreenGasUSA's portfolio — marked a major milestone, bringing together complementary assets and expertise under a unified platform.
Built to accelerate the development, production, distribution, and commercialization of RNG at scale, we operate across North America and Europe, with headquarters in Houston, Texas, and offices in the United States, France, Norway, and Sweden.

Feedstock Partners
We help farmers, food processors, municipalities, and industrial partners turn waste into revenue. Mobius Renewables manages the full RNG lifecycle — from assessment and permitting to digestion, transport, and pipeline injection, to the marketing of the molecules. Our licensed operators and digestion experts streamline the process and deliver odor, H₂S, and sludge reduction solutions.
RNG Buyers
We provide high-quality, third-party-verified RNG with ultra-low carbon intensity (CI) scores that help industries reduce GHG emissions to meet their Scope 1 or mandated emissions reduction targets. Our high-BTU RNG meets stringent audit standards, enabling Mobius Renewables to deliver low CI fuel from diverse feedstock sources across U.S., Canadian, Asian, and European compliance markets. With transparent certification and reporting, we help our customers achieve their sustainability goals with confidence.
CNG Transportation & Virtual Pipeline Users
We deliver reliable, flexible compressed natural gas (CNG) solutions for customers beyond pipeline reach. Mobius Renewables manages the full virtual pipeline — from compression and logistics to delivery and decompression — ensuring consistent, high-quality fuel supply wherever it's needed.
